How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Districtssequence Heating & Air wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Districtssequence Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Districtssequence Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

First, email contact@districtssequence.property. Next, include these details:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

Then we reply. We usually acknowledge your complaint by email within a few business days. We look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
